I read that book about going to Disney on the cheap, a lot of it is outdated but my mind began swimming with ideas to make/find extra money for Disney.

Recently I was in Walmart with my oldest, on our way out the door we saw a kiosk where you can recycle an old phone and get some money for it. I have 2 very old barely working phones at home so I brought them in. The first one was worth $7, the second one was worth $16! It's not a lot of money but it'll buy one of us lunch.

Another unusual thing we did was sell a broken necklace to one of those 'we buy gold' places. The process was actually fascinating and we learned a lot!

One of the things that I did learn from that book was not to discredit the small amounts of money you may earn. I can purchase a Disney gift card at a discount, use my cash back credit card, and then pay off the credit card with these small cash back amounts compiled. That's stacking my discounts x3! The amount may vary but it'll allow us to do and afford so much more than we could have out of our own pocket! You can read more about how we have done that so far here.
